AIR BLUE Pilot’s Watches

Do you have room for one or two more Pilot’s in your collection? Let’s hope, because if the Kickstarter campaign goes to plan, AIR BLUE is going to be powering down the runway shortly with a whole new range. The watches have been created with the same philosophy as the extremely successful brand DEEP BLUE divers, with which some Watchuseekers will be familiar.

As with DEEP BLUE, the principal is to use high tech materials in order to be able to build more reliable timepieces that Pilots in the past would have loved to have had back in the day. Quality, authenticity, attention to detail and incredible value for money is what will separate AIR BLUE from competitors, claims the brand’s founder.

All AIR BLUE watches will incorporate:

Anti-Reflective Sapphire Crystals: Sapphire is much more expensive than traditional mineral crystal. They are scratch resistant and the Anti Reflective coating allows for clear dial viewing which is critical for Pilots.

Screw-Down Crowns and Casebacks: By utilizing a “Screw Down” Crown Mechanism in conjunction with a “Screw Down” Case Back, high levels of water resistance can be achieved as well as creating a dust free environment ensuring the highest level of accuracy.
Swiss Made Ronda Precision Quartz Chronograph Movements: The watches will run on Swiss Made Ronda chronograph calibers 5040D, 3540D, and 3520D. These movements are Swiss Made (not Swiss parts) Ronda 5040D is in the Bravo Chronograph, Ronda 3540D is in the Charlie Chronograph, and the Ronda 3520D is in the Delta Chronograph.

Automatic Seiko Precision Jeweled Movements: These are highly sought after by watch collectors for their complexity, beauty and accuracy. 24 jewels 21,600 VPH. Air Blue Logo on rotor.
