Casio G-SHOCK has just announced the latest additions to its best-selling men’s G-STEEL line. Re-designed to feature a slimmer face, the collection will include a traditional, a silver stainless steel model (GSTS310D-1A) and two resin band models with gold (GSTS300G-1A9) and blue (GSTS300G-1A2) IP cases.
Intended for men who prefer the look and feel of a metal watch, this collection includes two existing G-STEEL colorways, and an all-new blue colorway, each offered in a slimmer design. The new GSTS310D and GSTS300G models now feature a 1.4mm smaller face that is also 0.8mm thinner – making these the perfect accessory for those who desire a leaner watch design. Each model also boasts of G-SHOCK’s tough solar technology, rendering the watch capable of self-charging.
In addition, the new collection comes equipped with 200M water resistance and G-STEEL’s layered guard structure which highlights G-SHOCK’s Absolute Toughness. Other technologies include a full auto double LED light, neo-brite luminous hands, 48-city world time (featuring 31 time zones), five daily alarms, 1/100th second stopwatch and countdown timer, a hand retract feature and 12/24 hour formats – all in a 49.3mm case.
The GSTS310D-1A will retail for $350 beginning in July and will be available for purchase at Macy’s, shopcasio.com, and the G-SHOCK Soho Store. The GSTS300G-1A9 and GSTS300G-1A2 will retail for $280 beginning in July, and will be available for purchase at select retailers.
