Lenvino Lecronos

Put another coin in the jukebox! Following on from the remarkable success of their Vintage Racing Watch campaign on Kickstarter, raising over HK$1.3 million, Lenvino Watch Company are back with their newest watch, Lecronos.

Formed in 2017 by a team of Hong Kong-based watch enthusiasts, Lenvino has now constructed a watch embodying their passion for vintage rock music. The Lecronos has been curated for Lenvino’s second collection, Rock for Vintage. The creative watch design pays homage to the music jukebox, a vintage multiple record playing device, elements of which can be found throughout, from the case through to the dial.

Lenvino always aims for timeless design and has managed to achieve that with their vintage style automatic timepiece. The Lecronos is created from premium materials and manufactured using traditional craftsmanship. Its design is authentic. The case is shaped like a vintage 1950s microphone, constructed from 316L stainless steel, offering corrosion resistance and durability. It measures a generous 43mm x 49mm on the wrist. The bezel is curved inwards and topped by a domed sapphire crystal. The case back is transparent allowing you a peek of the inside at the Seiko NH35A movement, and features a vintage speaker design print pattern. The case is lug-less, giving an overall smoother silhouette and streamline fit.

Moving onto the dial, it cleverly resembles the outline of a jukebox and music panel. The stratified dial is printed with minutes on the outer part and hours on the inner section, displayed in a hemicycle pattern. The colored minute and hour hands indicate the time, whilst the spinning of the second’s disc rotates almost mimicking music play, in a jukebox fashion.

The Lecronos range features interchangeable straps, where a quick-change spring bar is worked into the case, allowing you to swap out different straps with ease and without the need for a tool. Backers can choose from Italian calf leather straps in navy blue, black, dark brown and brown, or Milanese straps in silver, bronze tone, and black.

Case and strap color selection will be available once the campaign has successfully concluded. All watches will be engraved with individual numbers (“xxx/450”).
