Breitling Crosswind Special vs Chrono Evolution- What are the main differences?

I am trying to decide between the Breitling Crosswind Special and the Chrono Evo and I wanted to see if anyone had any opinions between the two. Also what the major differences are between the two.
I appreciate any feedback.

I love the crosswind special and always will the pusher are one off a kind
the big date it stand out and the new blackbird come close
but lack on this

on the down side is its an old watch but regarding the modern look
its stay modern in all time

the caliber is not as exact as 7750 but works fine

regarding the other i cant say any thing as its not my type of watch

My first B was a Crosswind Special and I wish I had kept her!
If I had the chance I would pick up another!

i think it was discounted in 2003 and the new blackbird came in 2006

maybe but i don think that was a reason i think it was demand on that look

Jojo, So what is the Caliber in the Crosswind then? Any concerns with it?
It seems that there are only few subtle differences when I look at the two, but I really like the centered date and the lower positioned sub dials.
What do you think one should expect to pay for a Crosswind Special in very good condition?

on the first batch was an issue with the date on some watches
it did not center

but breitling send a note to the owners of that a free service fix the problem

this was not a big thing and currently all are fixed

Caliber:Breitling 44Base Movement:ETA 2892Power Reserve42 Hours

as price range is from 3000dollar and current trend going up in price
son reach 4000 dollars my forecast is higher price to come

the old watch banner was made from my photo by a forum member
myby this can return (hope he don't get angry on me posting his creation)
