While a nice piece in a good condition and with nicely aged lume, you're right- it's a ladies' piece. Even the ad describes it as "per donna".
I guess the "baby Panerai" refers to the combination of a small cushion case and the slight similarity of the hands to those found on certain Panerai models, but generally the watch hasn't got anything to do with Panerai.
