Micro Adjust Clasp for Omega Seamaster Diver 300m (2220.80)

I just came across a thread on WUS about someone that replaced their Omega clasp with a Micro Adjustment Clasp on the Ceramic version of a Seamaster 300m. Seems like a great idea.

Can anybody tell me if it is possible to do that on the pre-ceramic version (2220.80) too.

If so, what parts would I need to make this conversion.

Any guidance would be much appreciated.
