Sorry, just found out, that the Question has been answered a few Years ago - but the Threat is almost 5 Years old - so may bee some things have changed ;-) Especially i was wondered, that the average G-Shock Customer is not (like i thought) between 15-25 Y. old, but between 30-40 Y.....

I'd be willing to bet that the majority of G Shock customers fall into a slightly higher age range, probably around 18-35. I say this because I work at a Middle School (ages 11-14) and at a High School (ages 14-18) and I don't see as many as I thought I would. They kind of go in phases around here, but really you only see them on some of the guys who play sports. Other than that, they are not widely popular. I see more adults wearing Gs than I do kids. As for me, I'm 35 also and got my first when I turned 20. In the 90's, I didn't notice anyone wearing them until I got to college.

You'll find here on WUS the average age of a G-shock owner will be all over the map... I wonder how accurately that reflects the average age of G-shockers in general. I'm 43 and rock them almost exclusively.

43, but so far haven't hooked up with a "G" . The functions I've wanted has been in ALT, BM and SGW's (But always the largest ones I could find, I like them large). The first watch I bought (in '83 I think) was a Casio and
since they're indestructible (as far as I can tell) and good looking I've stuck with them.

Bought my first G in 1983 (DW-5000) at age 33 ... you do the math. ;-)
