Congrats on your post count! Hope I can do something as cool as this when I reach that number. Very cool giveaway, I see a lot of guys gifted "A Man and His Watch" from their spouses and think it's awesome. As a female, I doubt anyone would normally gift me this to me due to title alone but as a watch enthusiast, I've always wanted to take a read. Very generous of you to do this giveaway!
Men are always complaining about how hard it is to choose the right gift for a woman. Kat proves the point that it's much easier when the woman in question has good taste.

Better odds than the lottery...

Dogs are funnier than watches.

I should have made it a rule that posting pics of cute dogs gets you 2 entries

Congratulations on the milestone. This is a selection of my Mickey Mouse watches.

Very nice collection. Walt would be proud.

Congrats on hitting the first grand maylebox! You're one of the good guys as far as I'm concerned (with a damned nice watch stash) and here's looking forward to many more milestones :-!
Much appreciated sir. It's people like you that make this a place that I'm happy to share 1000 posts

Wow - gifting so early? Why, it's Christmas in July!

Everyday is Christmas here at WUS! (or maybe we just spend money like it is)

Very generous of you! I'm nearly at 20,000 posts and I haven't given anything away.
Except for maybe some sound advice, solid information, a dash of compassion when need, praise when warranted, and a slice of comradery all the while?

this kitty likes reading about watches

Blofeld is that you? Okay cute cats should have received 2 entries as well

That's very nice of you, congrats on the 1k milestone
Classic cars are where my heart (and my job) is, so here's a phone snap I took of the most beautiful car in the world, the Alfa Romeo Tipo 33 Stradale, straight from the Museo Storico Alfa Romeo in Arese, Milano, some 30min away from my home.

I'd argue that's not the most beautiful car in the world, but I can't, it's stunning and could very well be. If you win the contest I'll deliver the prizes in person. Your job is to get the keys to that baby and we'll reenact one of my favorite scenes from Ferris Bueller's Day Off

Ha, nice maylebox! My entry to this post/contest will be this Yelloweye I caught in Sitka Sound.

Nicely done. It reminds me of your Omega 2503.33, a good catch

Thanks for the kind words everyone

Sweet prize thread! Here's one of my favorites:

Congrats on the milestone! Here's a picture of my Fantastic Four - with these (assembled) USA watches, I can deal with anything the weekend throws at me.

Here's a couple of pictures: one of favorites in my collection (SARB017), and my latest addition (Hamilton Lloyd). All the best!

What strap is that on the Alpinist?

Looks great!

Thanks!! I believe it's handmade, got it with a local watch trade with a modder that lives in Nashville. I've had many people ask me about it, I'll try to contact him and see if he made it himself. I'll PM you details if I can get any. All the best!
