I've had a new to me Cruxible on my wrist for a few days. I'm really liking it.
Does anyone use their Cruxible as a daily or often wear?
Thanks.

Welcome. Don't leave us hangin'. Let's see some pics!I received the Cruxible as a gift a bit over a week ago and have worn it everyday since. I work mainly outdoors in Colorado high country and have putting it through the paces at work. My normal workday watch has been a G-Shock DW-5600E for the past two years. I've been working some long hours and haven't had to second guess grabbing the Cruxible. I am the most impressed with the Lume and night readability. The build quality is excellent and exceeded my expectations at this price point. I need to break in the a Haveston canvas strap it's a bit stiff but, I want to give it a chance before I change it. I love the look of the watch on the brown canvas.
Your Hellion looks perfect on canvas. Two more canvas options for you are CWC and AF0210. I have a few from all three and highly recommend. Here's the in between food prep pic... happy holidays.
Congrats on the Cruxible! The Haveston will break in and quite nicely IMO. It's a perfect match on the Cruxible.... I need to break in the a Haveston canvas strap it's a bit stiff but, I want to give it a chance before I change it. I love the look of the watch on the brown canvas.
Lol. How about today?
I had bought the Hellion on its excellent comfy rubber strap, and ordered the 1944C canvas strap direct from Haveston (you couldn't buy the Haveston strap separately from MKII).
Very nice as well, it makes the Hellion more casual.
This is with distance one of the most comfy nato straps I ever tried.
I will put the rubber strap on my Nomos, it looks posh enough and will be comfortable in hot Hong Kong spring and summer.
Ordered 2 more straps from Haveston, the 18mm grey one will be for my Hawkinge which so far is worn on its original leather strap.
I've been wearing my BB58 and Hammy Hack over the Crux. I've stopped wearing the crux since the crown became wobbly. Apparently, according to MKII it's "normal" for a Cruxible to develop a wobbly crown. It makes the very beefy watch feel very cheap and fragile and I have since stopped wearing it.@panzerr your hamilton and hellion look great, do you prefer one over another?
Also for everyone with the No Date cruxible hellion, is there still a crown position for quickset date and you can hear the date change even though no date window? Website seems to not make a difference in the movement no matter the date or no date version so I assume it is there in both watches. That might bug me.
Yes, the no date Crux still has two positions like the date version so the first position has no apparent function. It's a bit annoying, but what's more annoying is the wobbly crown!I noticed your post in another thread - I'm sad to hear. That hamilton and bb58 is a nice alternative though. It looks like your crux doesn't have the date window, does your movement still have it in one of the crown positions to change the date, so essentially a useless function since dial doesn't have date?
It has a date position. Also, to my knowledge there is no NE15 variant without date.I noticed your post in another thread - I'm sad to hear. That hamilton and bb58 is a nice alternative though.
