From G-Central. This one uses a module similar to that in the GWF-A1000.

Oceanus Cachalot OCW-P2000: 1st Oceanus Diver's 200M Watch News

Until now, G-Central hasn't covered Casio's upscale Oceanus brand, but the upcoming OCW-P2000 series may be of special interest to G-Shock and Casio fans. It is the first Oceanus full-scale diving watch (ISO Diver's 200M, like the G-Shock Frogman line), and it bears strong similarities to the upcoming G-Shock Frogman GWF-A1000. G-Shock creator Kikuo Ibe was involved in developing the Oceanus line, which is known for its high-tech analog models and refined sea-inspired style. Oceanus offers watches for men and women, but its distribution is limited to Japan and select countries in Asia.

Looks very nice (like most Oceanus), but I don't like how similar it is to the Frogman GWF-A1000. I think it'd be better if it had it's own design rather than piggybacking off the Frogman. Price is also kind of steep for what it is.

Also, what's up with the numberless bezel. Am I missing something or is that just really impractical?

Beautiful. Thanks for sharing this, Gary.

it is a big watch (51.8 × 48.5 × 15.9mm / 127g) and it has nice features but why no alarm and no timer?specs
It's has all dive thing going on so there is no placement on the dial for these. No place to put indicator = no function.
Very beautiful watch!

Very nice watch!

I wonder if if it has the same module as the new analog Frog. Because we found out that the new analog Frog had a finer step (720 step per revolution) second hand. It would be nice to see that new technology spread to other models, or in this case to this Oceanus. Although of course not a deal breaker as the 'old' 360 trchnology was certainly more than plenty enough.
