Really personal preference isn't it? Both have great history and built to do anything. Squale looks better to me
Indeed...my Doxa is coming in today; should have a feel for whether or not I will like it in the coming days. I have previously owned 3 Doxas, a Sharkhunter 1200 and 2 Jennys; all were simply too big for my wrist. I'm hoping that what others have told me here, about the Sub 200 wearing small, is true!

Both watches have very good looks but I have heard too many problems associated with the DOXA customer service as well as very limited supply of standard parts such as crowns for even recent models. Search DOXA customer service and Squale customer service respectively to help make an informed decision about which company to go with.
I don't have any experience with Doxa customer service, but I can say that Squale service has been great for me. I've ordered a custom watch direct from them and I've enquired about ordering parts. They always write back quickly and are ready to help.

I'm not a Doxa owner but I own 2 Squale, one is the 60Atmos Blu. If you can wear a 44 mm watch, I would recommend the 60Atmos on the 1521. What I adore on both models is the fact they are straps monsters, they are VERY comfortable on the wrist, and finish is outstandind at this price level, especially the 60 Atmos. Moreover, these are very polylavent watches.
Last but not least, they wear a tad smaller than size suggests.

Stunning watch, lovely colour; I do have one 44m watch which is a special edition Seiko and is not as comfortable as I had hoped; but now this one has got me thinking :)
