The Omega AT. Best suited.

The Explorer is a bit large for your wrist in terms of presence and the dial a bit too loud for a suit.

The GS is also a little too large in terms of presence on your wrist. You could perhaps try it on a leather strap.

The AT looks just right.

GS looks suitably shiny for the occasion.

Any of them will go great with suit and tie. I'd probably go Grand Seiko...
The GS will be an immediate attention to another guest in the party who will be a WIS. Otherwise, to those whom are ignorant to the marque, they won't give a heck what it is...
The Rollie may get some queries of interests on how much it costs to OP when he acquired... but most likely it will be another "Mehh" as it's not a very catchy design. Otherwise, the watch could draw some doubts which will not be voiced out, on it's authenticity.
The OMEGA, surprisingly could possess some "WOW" factor. As OMEGA put lots of advertising on their sport makes, but not such a subtle, "commoner's" looking dress body...

Anything is fine. But you can add a little touch of dressiness with a leather strap.

Invited to a wedding in a few months? I'd take that as a perfect excuse to add a nice vintage dress watch to the collection!

Yes. This. None of them will go with a suit. "Honey, I've got NOTHING to wear to this wedding!"

Time for a new watch! 😁

(BTW, does the suit still fit??? 🤪)

IMO, the average person would think those are all the same watch. 🤭

You received an invitation to a wedding, the first time to wear a suit and tie in about two years, and you don't know which watch to wear — it sounds like a cause of celebration in true WIS fashion with a new watch. If you don't go this route, then let me be pragmatic and just say you will know which watch to wear on the day of the wedding.

Without specifying the suit and the shirt ( ie barrel cuff, mitered cuff, rounded cuff, French cuff, etc. ) and the shoes - and the height / thickness of each watch - it's hard to say.

Worn with a suit, all would be better on a strap.

Rolex or Omega may bring unwanted attention at these events and (especially Rolex) asking about whether it is "real".

Go with GS. - You may meet a WIS there and GS is WIS magnet! (Also, most dressier of these 3 IMHO)
