I've noticed a few watches with the addition of "PRS" included in the name. For example, the Timefactors Dreadnought Voyager GMT PRS-21.

Tissot use PRS (as well as Timefactors as mentioned in the OP). Still not sure what it means though.It's the first time i have seen PRS in watch model name

PReviously Smiths?Timefactors use a company or perhaps own the old Smith name. Maybe the PRS denotes it. They also seem to banter Precista about on their web so maybe a compilation of initials.
Now while on this topic...Seiko SKX. Yes the S is most probably definitely Seiko.

I remember reading about this somewhere else.. Its quite nice to name things after the women of his lifeNone of you are within a country mile, so no cigar. Had a chuckle, though!
PRS = Platts Richmond Spencer. Eddies surname - his wife's maiden name - his mother's maiden name
Any other PRSs are coincidental
