My favorite straps so far have got to be Erika’s Originals MN Straps. They are comfortable, flexible, and secure. I love the customization options.

i like zuludiver's vintage tropical style fkm rubber straps and 285 Italian rubber diver's watch straps. Reasonably-priced, comfortable, durable (so far). Both drain water nicely.

i also like Helm's RS2 rubber strap, a FKM ladder style, looks something like an Isofrane. Crafter Blue ladder style straps are also nice, though they're firm and need some time in the ocean and sun to break in.

Strapsco has been a good source for budget silicone straps for me.

Finally, the only leather straps i have really liked on a semi-permanent basis are a stock Hamilton strap on a khaki field and Stowa's old style pilot leather strap.

I have a lot of straps. My favorite is my Martu M911-p1, a black strap with fancy stitching. I don't know how many straps I own but I have five by Martu. She is a delight to deal with and I probably won't buy from anyone else. Her small size is perfect for me and she has such a diverse catalog that I can find anything I need. I have a number of Nato straps but have been giving those away and doubt I'll wear them again. I have a Barton canvas strap that I like, and a Mankey strap that I like. And right now I'm mainly wearing a Ball Trainmaster on a bracelet that I like a great deal.

I'm a sucker for NATOs, so I have far too many of them at 18mm, 20mm and 22mm. This brand new green one, however, is by far my favorite. It's seat belt-style, the perfect length, and has a sheen I really like. I actually got it via Amazon from a brand called JWNSPA(?).

I'm not super knowledgeable about straps. But I do have experience with two Hirsch models. I bought a Hirsch Liberty back in 2016 and I wasn't super happy. The leather was fine, but the stitching started fraying right away. A couple of years ago, I bought a Hirsch Toronto, and I'm very pleased with the quality of this particular strap, it's holding together very nicely, and is well made for the money.

At present this is my favorite. Custom-made to fit my Planet Ocean, and my wrist perfectly, with NO visible holes...

This Barton black sailcloth with red contrast stitching is another one that I like a lot...

And this Hadley-Roma "Kevlar" gets a LOT of wrist time on various watches...
