Anyone recognize the main character James Reece's watch?
I mean if you want to go down that road, I'd have to say that the only authentic military-level watches are ones that are issued by the military which is no longer the case to my knowledge. I think the closest you can get is a Gshock since it's so universally used and Marathon which is the only watch that fits the official specs/designations.Not sure about the above but Resco is a SEAL owned company, which is kind of cool. On an authentic military level it would be safe to say that their watches are more legit than other companies that just market the military look.
Nice call Niko.Resco Gen 2 Patriot
I was curious about that, too. Didn't it beep an alarm at him a few times? That kinda threw me off.Anyone recognize the main character James Reece's watch?

Yep, which to my knowledge, none of the Resco watches have an alarm so it was likely added audio.I was curious about that, too. Didn't it beep an alarm at him a few times? That kinda threw me off.
I could have sworn I saw him wear more than one watch. Not sure though, I pay so much attention to watches during movies/shows that I forget which characters belong to what.Or he has more than one watch. But only crazy ppl do that!
I think so. I read one of the books and he talks a lot about all the ‘gear’ and stuffI think the author, Jack Carr, wears one of these. He's friends with the guy who runs the company.
Yeah, he loves to name-drop all his favorite stuff, especially veteran-run businesses and charities. He's also kind of a watch enthusiast. One of the characters in the newest book wears an Eterna Kon Tiki.I think so. I read one of the books and he talks a lot about all the ‘gear’ and stuff
the writer of the books (Jack Carr) is active in supporting former SEAL/specops owned/operated businesses, so wouldn't be surprised if he had influence over product placement in the series. He's a bit of a gear hound and claims to be "kind've a watch person" (1:12 here:Not sure about the above but Resco is a SEAL owned company, which is kind of cool.
