My impression of posts like this, and of the OP is that they are petulant, entitled Kens who expect immediate satisfaction, expect the manager/owner to jump through hoops to satisfy their mostly terrorist demands and when that doesn't happen they take to the air waves; virtually driving up and down streets in an old ice cream truck with a wobbly speaker mounted to the roof while they broadcast their tirade, slowly driving through the neighborhood, their expectation is to bring shame to whomever (at the moment) they are tirading against, compensation for their time, angst, hurt feelings as well as extra freebies from target of their anger looking to garner at least three times the value of their issue in comps and go-aways
