What are your core 4 from the collection? If everything else had to go and you can only have 4. One away from getting down to 4 but looks like it’s going to be with the 16570 polar, Exp1, Speedy, and P39
Ooof. Tough one.

The one watch that i will NEVER sell is the Polar Exp2. Zero chance.

Of the rest - if i go by trying to make a balanced collection:
  • AP RO
  • Lange. 1815 U/D
  • Blancpain MilSpec

If I go by watches I’d wear the most:
  • Zenith A384 (I love this watch)
  • Rolex BLRO (IMO, the perfect one-watch for daily life)
  • Breguet Marine (more versatile than the AP RO)

That's a cool watch travel bag, where did you get it from?

The leather is quality and the construction is quality. But it needed leather conditioner to get that soft and supple feel. It took me 2 applications to break the leather in. I also cut scrap leather squares to put in between the watch bands so they don’t scratch the case back when folded over in the slots. Finally the strap lock pin is screwed in. While tight, it would eventually come loose and I used a little lock tight secure it for life.

It's like an auction here lately.

One watch collection, two watch collection, three watch collection, who offers more? Four watch collection! Do we get a .. ... five watch collection! Six? Do I hear a six watch collection?

Thanks! Even though the pano we gorgeous I’ve sort of longed for this GP for five or six years and the moment was never right. A trade seemed to make a ton of sense!

If I had the money.. In this moment it would be something like this:
  • G-Shock gw-5000 / MR-G for rough stuff
  • Seiko Samurai for fun activities
  • Rolex explorer for stories and adventures
  • Patek Philippe Aquanaut for daily life

Oof...that Longines is WELL loved! That is awesome! Great group my friend
Closeups show everything. From normal eye level it still looks great.

but it does show years of use. It’s my go to when I am working outside. It gets dinged around tractors and tools fairly regularly. But it runs at +2 spd. Needless to say I am a fan of longines. Tough watches, well priced, great movements.

I thought it looked pretty great from the other picture too! Definitely an awesome watch to have in the collection. I have few like that as well.
