2423? I think you can use a 24-hour 2431, and remove the date function (optional) and automatic winding bridge. Meranom is out of stock, but perhaps you can still request one. The crown and stem that comes with the case should work with any 24mm Vostok movement.

With the anti-magnetic inserts and removing the automatic winding you'll want to source a flat caseback as well, either a vintage or new.

I'm not sure I know any appropriate dials, but the Komandirskie 35, 65, 03 have the matching 24 hour dials for the movement, some more loosely flieger inspired, while the Amphibian 100 dials are marked with minutes instead of hours to pair with an hour-marked bezel.

Meranom sells some stock 24 hour bezels. However, there's typically two types of bezels; the one you need will have the perimeter of the bottom cut away to allow for the crown and the description should also specify 710 as compatible. You can typically find SKX-insert-compatible bezels on Ebay or elsewhere if the stock options are not to your taste, and then there's a plethora of individual SKX inserts that you can pick from including Yobokies and Dagaz.

I can get the 2431 from Komandirskie who appears to have stock. However, I'm no watchmaker and I don't know if this will work. Even if it did, with some auto movements excessive manual winding is not advisable as it adds wear and tear to the movement which isn't the case with manual wind movements. I don't know if this is the case with Vostok auto movements. If I were to use this movement it would actually solve another problem since it does have a date function. I don't really want a date function, but it does give me a much wider range of stock Vostok dials I can use.

I suspected I'd need one and that makes the watch a bit better for me as it makes it thinner.

I've been unable to find those dials by themselves. I went ahead and ordered the 100654 as I also like the 100 case and I can always use it for another project.

Hi,

the Bezel is from Meranom and replacing it is the next step of modding after changing a strap... not really difficult. You just use some tool as a lever to pop it off - don't forget some padding to avoid scratches and then you have to adjust length and form of the wire spring to be able to press it back on.

My batman bezel is this one (currently out of stock but will probably be available again in the future - as with most non-limited stuff on Meranom):
