General Information
I am very new to the watch world. My dad gave me a Raketa watch that he got when traveling in Russua sometime in the 80s/90s. A local watch shop told me it needs a deep cleaning to work. Not sure if it's worth the cost or not. Please comment if you have any knowledge. There is nothing on the back except the number 491 etched into the metal.
