I have recently acquired a junked clock that is a Westclox Big Ben with a wind up alarm. I have tried to fix it but it seems to work only sometimes. The clicker thing inside won't keep on moving and stops a lot, everything else works perfectly except that a slider is missing, but that's fine...

I thought some of you might be interested in this video about Big Ben and how it is managed, time adjusted etc. I found it interesting, especially given the age of the mechanism.
