Hi all. First off, excellent forum. Very helpful with a wealth of answers.

I'm getting ready to purchase a "Casino Royale" Planet Ocean tomorrow. I can get the watch for $3150 out the door and have my choice of #s 1063 and 1144.
Is the price fair or should I shop around more? Should I go with the lower or higher #, or does it really matter?
And last but not least, as I was browsing the internet earlier, I found a post regarding a Planet Ocean that would constantly stop approx. every 2 hours. This is the first time I've bought a premium watch and just want to check with you guys before I drop $3000 plus. Is keeping time an issue with some of the PO?

You shouldn't have any problems with the Omega...I have several and none have ever crapped out on me. The 007 PO is a great watch...you'll love it! Post pics when you get it!

It's been my experience that it's pretty easy to receive a 20% discount off of MSRP on an Omega at any good dealer, just by walking in the door.

If neither number has special significance to you such as birthday, anniversary, etc., go for the lower but with as many units Omega plans to produce of this not-so-"limited edition", the numbers really don't matter.

And as with any new watch, car, wife, girl friend, etc., problems will occur but that is a risk one takes. :-d
