The MARATHON Pilot Chronograph is manufactured in accordance to US Government Specifications & is issued to troops in Iraq & Afghanistan. It's designed & built with functionality & durability in mind for divers, pilots & air crew, during Search & Rescue Operations.

It is also referred to as the CSAR, acronym for "Chronograph Search And Rescue".

The MARATHON CSAR is handmade in La Chaux de Fonds, Switzerland to guarantee the highest level of quality & accuracy in manufacturing. Inside the CSAR is a Swiss made, 25 Jewel Valjoux ETA 7750 automatic chronograph movement. The CSAR ensures you timekeeping that is accurate & reliable.

The MARATHON CSAR is water resistant down to 30 ATM - 300 meters (1000 feet) underwater. Made from 316L surgical grade stainless steel, the CSAR is a purpose built watch that will serve you well & reliably on any adventure you may take.

EXTERNAL/INTERNAL CONDITION: This watch is in *NEAR MINT condition (93-97%): Showing very light signs of wear. Very faint scratches on the case, bezel, bracelet or buckle are visible to the naked eye. It is working perfectly, keeping good time & needs nothing.
