It appears to be a watch from the 50's or 60's with an off brand name. If the case were made of solid gold, the watch has some intrinsic worth. Baring that, it is likely selling it will impress upon you how little money watches can be worth.

But no real estimate of value can be made by two small pictures on the Internet.... see the stickies (posts at the top of the forum page) for reasons why.
