A superbly rare VCA watch made by Corum. VCA retailed watches are hard to find and were made by some of the finest watchmaking brands out there such as Piaget, and in this case - Corum. This rare watch is signed VCA at the dial side with the Corum applied logo at the front and boasts an extremely interesting blue spotted dial. Not only were blue dials rare back then - it’s exceptionally rare to see an interesting dial design like this. The watch is also in an extremely interesting wide oval shaped case - characteristic of VCA’s interesting watch and jewelry designs. The case is marked Corum inside, with all the necessary hallmarks for 0.925 silver.

The movement is a manual wind Corum signed movement, and it’s running extremely well and in great shape.

Nowadays, even the cheapest Cartier tanks with plated cases and quartz movements trade above a thousand. This watch provides a fantastic value proposition from an extremely prestigious jeweler with a history of retailing fantastic wristwatches with unique designs. Brand name? Great mechanical movement? Unique design? Precious metal case? - this watch ticks all the right boxes at a low low price compared to its comparable counterparts.

This fantastic piece comes with a grey epsom strap that’s used once or twice, and the original presentation box from VCA.
