What exactly makes a flight watch? I see flight watches that have very clear legibility, then the nighthawk / seiko in the original post where it's pretty hard to read,..

edit: I think there's probably a difference between flight and pilot watch..

Legibility was king in the 40's. Times change and more tools are needed through out more modern times since.
