Seeing as the t -graph has been out for a few years but is still available, what does everyone believe is the ideal RRP for this watch? Also, when it does eventually sell out, do you believe that Doxa will release a non LE t - graph?

I'd love to see a full colour range of TGraphs - or at least Sharkhunter, Searambler, Professional - but price wise I'd say around £3k in the UK - bit more than the Aquastar Deepstar. Those are the only two chronos I'm really interested in - the Aquastar is very attractive but the Doxa would take it for me in terms of L2L wearability and especially height. They are miles off with the current TGraph pricing and the fact that they are still unsold tells its own story. I think they looked at what folks were asking for originals and thought the market could handle it - obviously not.

I can understand why the Deepstar wouldn't be for everyone, but I can also understand why the T-Graph isn't for everyone too. This is an older picture showing (my) older 2005 T-Graph and the first of the modern Deepstars, which is the biggest.

I put (my) in brackets because the T-Graph is no longer mine. I had it from 2005 and probably wore it 20 times. I used it mostly for photos and reviews. It was worn so little because it was one of the most uncomfortable watches I've ever owned. An absolutely beautiful watch and a classic Doxa icon but for my puny 6.75 inch wrist it wore like a slab of concrete. I was always aware it was on my wrist and it moved about so much and just irritated me so I never wore it. There really was no point in keeping it. Same with the SUB 5000T. Its also gone.

The Deepstar 2020 wears far better and the new smaller Deepstar 2022 is a wrist hugger even though it is a taller watch and longer lug to lug.

DS 2022 17mm high, T-Graph 16mm. T-Graph lug to lug 47. DS 2022 lug to lug 49mm. The biggest difference is the weight. The Deepstar weighs 175 grams for my 6.75 inch wrist. The T-Graph is 216 grams. It's a brick.

Reviews can be found here if anyone is interested.

A Dive Into Time – The Aquastar Book

If Doxa updated the T-Graph to make it thinner and lighter, flat caseback, blah, blah, blah and dropped the price considerably, I'd buy one in a flash. But until then there is no comparison in wearability (for me) between the T-Graphs that are out there now and the 39mm Deepstar.

And don't get me started on the relative histories. I've written books on both...ha, ha, ha

Not 100% sure about it - but the T.Graph Dr os talking about, was a sub 600, isn't it?

The sub 200 is much smaller and indeed comparable to the size of sub 1200.

Bark & Jack did a grat review that you can find on youtube.

When I owned the 200 Tgraph I felt like it was a premium Doxa product. I have owned the doxa sub 300 T, 300 50th anniversary, and Synchron Military. The Sub 200 Tgraph was superior in build and finish to all of those in my opinion. Expensive but probably the best Doxa.

The t graph 200 is a perfect sized chronograph , I had the original Aquastar 2020 but after the initial new watch buzz wore off I didn’t bond with it and sold it I wasn’t a fan of not having a bracelet and the new tropic is disappointing compared to an original plus I’m not a fan of 22mm lugs very well made though but not for me
i still have the doxa and speedy, basically its the size of a 1200t

Better....wonderful word which doesn't mean squat unless qualified.... better made, better components, better price, better weight, better size, blah, blah, blah. These need to be backed up by facts.

Better made....how exactly?

Then we get into the better looking, better feel etc, etc which are purely subjective. Yea..... better.

Hey just saying sometimes folks get a little too over enthusiastic for something and forget alternatives. Not a problem when it's something costing $200 but... I remember a friend of mine was really wanting to but a certain very expensive Ford car. He was really locked on to buying it. I just happened to mention "oh you know for that money you could get a year old.....!"

Two weeks later he was driving one and the Ford was never mentioned again.

It's just my opinion Doxa's are not that greater value once over a certain price point compared to some other brands/watches. Sorry if I've upset anyone over watches lol.;)

But at the end of the day it's your money folks. Enjoy it.

Sometime I feel like this forum can read my mind, literally, I just sold my speedy and I'm looking to buy a 200 tgraph. Glad to see a couple of know names from the Deepstar threads giving the 200 a couple of thumbs up. Definitely I would get one. Didn't know jomashop got them, the thing is a friend buy a 300 from them 2 months ago but he didn't received the watch yet

I ordered and received a 200 T Graph last week. Unfortunately, the seconds hand didn’t reset to twelve o’clock and was about half a second out. I sent it back and was meant to receive a replacement Saturday but after sleeping on it for a couple of days, decided against it. I’ve read a few instances of returns for this model and for the price being asked, they really need to up their quality control to give customers confidence in their product.
Anyway, if anyone is interested, Goldsmiths in the Trafford centre have a nice Doxa display with all models (including the t graph) on display.

Sorry to hear that. Ah well the search continues...;)
The search never stops 😛
To be fair it’s a stunning watch and deep down I’m absolutely gutted but sometimes the head needs to overrule the heart.
I visited the Omega boutique whilst there and tried on the 43.5mm black/orange planet ocean on both the bracelet and rubber. The fit and quality of the rubber strap with deployant was outstanding and suited my 6.75” wrist far better than the bracelet so maybe that’s next on the list.

I’ve owned a Speedmaster, Daytona and the t graph. Not one of those had any kind of manual adjustment that I know of.
@deaglesj, which chrono did you own that had this feature? I can only presume it’s an internal manual adjustment that would require the back to come off? Not something I’m willing to do with a new watch.
