We all see the term near-mint thrown around quite a bit on the sales forums. Sometimes is just seems to mean "no really bad damage". But other times you get lucky. This watch came from a friend, having previously been worn by another friend, so I knew it was in good shape.

But even expecting it to look good I was still surprized by just how nearly flawless it actually is.

Hate to gush, so I'll just put up photos.

I'm impressed! You have every right to gush. :-!

Did your friend of a friend ever wear it?? I bought one of those for my brother (in '02) and it - doesn't look like that anymore.

Gush away my friend. If that baby was mine I'd be giddy as a school girl.

On a serious note, I wear all my watches but if I had that one I'd be tempted to hide it away in a safe.
