I'm brand new to watch collecting, however have been looking at Omega's Constellation for the past few month and finally jumped at one on everyone favorite auction site. Love the pie pan design and side views, 551 movement is beautiful inside. However the dial needs some major work, as well as a nice crown. Any thoughts if dial is recoverable, recommendations are appreciated! Also the " T Swiss Made T" mark is missing, but likely was wiped out with the mark line, should i be worried?

Looks like someone attempted to clean it in the past. Probably had some moisture damage. They also cleaned away the minute markings and crosshair. I think at this point your only options would be to find a replacement dial or have it redialed.

Like Kyle said redial is the only option, I know some dont like to have redials but in this case I would and if its a keeper so what if its a redial just have it done at a recommend place.
