My daughter and I traveled for almost 1 hour from Discovery Bay to the Exhibition Center just to see the San Martin booth. I really wanted to show her the team that made her watch (with her name, date of birth etc on the dial.) Unfortunately, kids younger than 12 are not allowed in. So, because she's only 7, we had to go home. Now we have to wait 5 years for this meeting to happen. Hope SM will be there again!

Dear sir, I'm sorry to hear about your disappointing experience at the Exhibition Center. It must have been frustrating to travel for almost an hour with your daughter, only to find out that kids under 12 were not allowed in.
I think we can make more videos introducing the company and post them on YouTube, or you and your daughter can come to Dongguan to visit our company headquarters during the holidays. 😊

Actually a visit to your DongGuan factory would be perfect. I'll contact you next time I am there , as I am in footwear business.
