I am not sure if this is an official military issue, but it seems to have a Swiss movement, or maybe a Swiss movement made in China like that of the Timon watch.

Off hand I'd say a ETA 2846.

The 2846 was the 21,600 bph, non-hacking version of the 2836.

Often found on affordable watches, as it was less expensive that the 2824 and 2836.

Thanks. I think these type of ETA movements were used for Swath watches?
