May I quote from my review

The solid lugs are coming straight out of the mid case and are curved downwards which is a benefit to the watch looking light and slim. That´s why the case will even fit smaller wrists.
Lug spacing is 20 mm, by my measurement the lug tip to lug tip is about 46 mm.

The watch feels comfortable to wear.

I'd suggest going to a jeweler and trying on a similarly sized watch and then deciding.
Good luck!

My wrist is 6.75" and my Marine (same case as the Airman) is one of the most comfortable watches I own. The curved lugs really do make it hug the wrist :-!
