I have a Casio WVQ500 that has an interesting feature. There are 5 daily alarms. Alarm #4 will actually show a continuous display of the time remaining before the alarm triggers. So, for instance, I can sit here and see that I have 7:24:10 ...9 ....8 ... until I can go home from work!

The watch doesn't have a CDT, but I find the time-to-alarm interesting and occasionally useful b-)

Does anyone know if there are other watches, particularly any G's, that have this feature?

interesting feature, i wonder if the MRG version has it as well

I don't have a camera available right now, but here's a clip from the manual (module is 3732) that shows how it works (see the note below step #5).


A few seconds after you arm the alarm, the display switches to the
countdown - in this case, the alarm is set at 3:00 pm and the countdown
display is showing 16 hours, 50 minutes and 25 seconds until the alarm will
trigger. If you don't push any other buttons (i.e., leave the watch in
alarm mode) it will display a continuous countdown.
