Hi. Just picked this pocket watch up at the watch fair in Birmingham, and was hoping to find something of its history. If you could help, that would be really great.

Movement: This is signed * Alcala * and has serial no 294122, although the last 2 digits are rather faint.

Case: Coin silver (0.800) case marked B&H, with Swiss 'Grouse' hallmark, and German Half moon and imperial crown. I guess B&H could be "Brandt & Hoffman"

The case also shows the text "Montre Ancre de Precision Grand Prix, Berne 1914", again with the maker's mark ALCALA.

Any ideas?

Yes, I did notice that Orion also won the same prize at Berne in 1914. Your link also shows an association with Brandt and Hoffman, the makers of the case.
