I have just used the online chat facility, what can I say....Its outstanding.
I've been having problems emailing Doxa about the rubber strap for my SUB750T Sharkhunter which has never arrived (good old postal service!!).
My online question was answered immediately and a new one is being dispatched. Incredible!!!
Some of the other watch brands could do well to take note. It is a unique service.:) :-!

Gotta jump on the bandwagon...ordered straps and a clasp...Doxa took care of it RIGHT away...but they sent the wrong straps and clasp :oops: . The straps were their fault, the clasp was mine. I didn't know they changed e-mail addresses, so naturally my e-mails to the wrong e-mail addresses went unanswered...DUH. I logged on to the live chat and once again, John Vargas with the SAVE!!! He said he would get it straightened out right away...THANKS JOHN :gold

I love my Doxas!
