Dont know but I think its safe bet to say its some Chinese pen.
While not expensive these could be nice writers.

Another unknown fountain pen
I found this unknown fountain pen.
It is in very good order and no ink filler is installed in it.
My attention is taken from the nib logo which is visible from picture.
Can anybody help me for identification of this pen.
