I suspect it means "Isotecnic" (whatever that means..... - back to square one, I suppose!). As for the watch, it looks nice although it seems to have suffered a bit: the case back has been eaten away in places by sweat and the movement has differential coloured bridges and plates. Maybe just bad treatment in the ultrasound machine during cleaning, maybe a mariage (put together from parts). But if that doesn't worry you and you didn't overpay, it should be OK. And the dial looks to be in decent condition.
