Recently inherited this Bulova from my grandfather. The case back is marked L3 (1953). I can post the case serial number if that would help, but I would rather not open the case to get to the movement.

Any details would be appreciated (model name/number or anything else). Thanks!

Dont think you will find a name for it Bulova only seem to give names to a handful of their watches.

Yeah, I understand. I guess I don't really need much info anyway. As I mentioned, I inherited it from my grandfather, so I'm not looking to sell it on or anything. I guess I just wanted to share a photo with the knowledgeable people of this forum since it seems to be a relatively uncommon model. Thanks!

If you could take the back off to see the movement we could give you info on the movement. Something like that inherited is a keeper for sure. My only Bulova is this



and it runs off this tuning fork movement, very different to whats in yours, congrats on yours.
