I've had a lightly worn SNK615 hanging around for a few years. The case is a bit too small, and the non-replaceable bracelet doesn't do it for me. I really like the dial though, and thought it might make a slightly dressier mod than my SKX. It doesn't seem to be a popular watch/dial around here, and I can't find much other than a few photos of people's stock watches (with one or 2 exceptions).

Has anyone here put something together using this lovely little dial? Also, is it possible to remove either the "Seiko" or "5" without ruining the finish on the dial?

Thanks in advance.

The dial in question

Thanks for the links guys! I think the dial will compliment a simple "standard" case well. Off to ebay.
