Wondering if anyone has suggestions on vintage women's (though I know some can be worn by women or men) tank (rectangular) gold watches - not sure if those are even so common. I'm looking for a gift for my wife but don't know where to begin, just know those would be her preferences.

Are preference out there or particulars that I should track down that wives/girlfriends/"friends, ahem" have liked?
Thanks much -

The older vintage "style tanks" were all mens watches, that I know of. But size-wise they're small enough for most women to wear today.
Most all Ladies watches were really small from the 20's on.

You'll find "tank style" models from Bulova, Hamilton, Gruen, Waltham, Westfield and probably many private label makers.
