Seems alright. Roman numerals seem a tad on the small side, but it does clean up the presentation.

My advice is to buy it if you like the style. About a year ago I was thinking about getting one, and ended up choosing a more conventional-looking watch instead. But I would definitely buy the 1746 if I could redo that decision. Antique classic looks + modern Sinn durability. And the absence of a second hand gives it a calm, controlled mood.

If it's the one you want get it. I picked up a 1736 a month ago and love it. As stated above you get classic styling with Sinn rock solid durability.

I'm close to buying this, but still a bit uncertain. Is the minute hand too short? I love the stark white dial, black Romans, and very basic yet elegant design.
I've owned one for a while -- I highly recommend it if you like the style. Some pics and thoughts here.
