I’m asking cause I do like the look of the mirrored display on paper but I:

1-can’t read at my “desired natural angle” and have to adjust it against the sun and my reflection to see it.
2-think the look of a positive display with the bezel and V2 bracelet would be really nice.

my question is what would happen if I peeled it. I say “peel” cause in the pics below focusing on the date border it looks like it is topical to the display not below or sandwiched. Any advice would be helpful. I could also grab a positive display module but this is my work square so I don’t care to buy another module for a watch that was $60 to begin with.

I would guess that it's adhesive so you will at least need something to clean off glue residue left on the LCD glass.

You run the risk of it also being a polarizer film so when removed you will see nothing on the display.

Have a standby piece ready just in case!
