Pretty common thing around these parts I imagine. I do it if the clasp don't have any micro adjust settings or if there aren't enough adjustment points.

 

I have my SRP637 on today and due to unseasonably cool weather (even for San Francisco), I had to tighten it by one micro-adjustment on the clasp. However, the Baby Tuna is an exception and I usually have to loosen it by one micro-adjustment on particularly hot and/or humid days.

 

I always wear my bracelets lose to begin with so no need to add links back.

well if I'm honest I probably took one to many links out when I got the watch... It worked ok before it got so hot ..but it was at the last micro adjustment to fit my wrist before...

 

Like Strmwatch, I tend to wear my bracelets a little on the loose side because I'm used to my wrists swelling in the heat. When my wrists are at their normal size, I just wear the watch higher off the wristbone.

I've definitely been fiddling with the adjustment pins in the heat. In fact, I've even taken to leaving my butterfly claps half open and having the watch dangling and swinging around freely. Gives a lot of good ventilation to help all that sweat evaporate. Gotta let that sweet sweet breeze flow in!

 

Heat is the norm here in Houston, so the bracelets are sized to accommodate that in the first place. There are a few days around December or January when the watches wear a bit looser than usual, but it doesn't last long.

 

Yeah I was about to respond about how cute it was that people think there's a season other than "hot."

 

My wrist is 100% bone so even when I go somewhere hot my watches still fit me perfectly.
