Anyone got any wristshots of Molnija Pocket Watch Conversions?

I have been looking some of these recently but I am rather concerned that they will look ridiculously large on my wrist!

I'll have to check when I get home, I think it is closer to 45mm. It doesn't wear much bigger than my 44mm watches.
