Bought this guy in 2012 and had to send it in in 2014 for a pusher "issue". They fixed with "partial overhaul" under warranty and no issues since well until now. The top pusher just doesn't want to come back out in any reasonable timeframe LOL. If I start and stop and wait awhile it will work again but I'm not one to put up with that kind of nonsense.
I have worn this all of a total of 60 days since 2014...The forums thoughts on if my non usage probably got things kinda sticky? Bottom pusher which is the one they worked on years ago is working like a champ. Thoughts?
Just because I was in the box checking my warranty card to purchase date on the paper work Omega sent me I threw it on the bracelet. I gotta say as the "I don't like that heavy bracelet Guy" it ain't bad all these years later. It has never been worn so it is almost like getting a new watch! Thinking about it my prejudice was probably from wearing all those Rolex "tin can" bracelets back then and relatively speaking this was heavy. It might go back on the strap for comfort but the bracelet is defiantly a good look that I haven't appreciated before on my own wrist.
A question about different SGUS centers...I'm pretty sure the suggestion to use the different ones is just that a suggestion so does anyone have any good stories or quick turnarounds they can share about any of the ones listed? I'm inclined to sent it to Secaucus and not Miami so I hope someone has input/advise. Also Omega sent me a $25 discount code because:
"Customer Service team is operating at limited capacity and experiencing delays in fulfilling FedEx mailer requests. In turn, we kindly ask that you forward your timepiece directly by way of the carrier of your choice.
As an accommodation and in order to better assist, we would like to offer you a $25.00 shipping waiver which can be applied to your service estimate. Please note that a copy of the enclosed waiver must be returned along with your timepiece."
Thats nice I guess they didn't have to do that...
Alright some pics because pics make boring stories better.
