Hi all,
I ordered a C.Ward c60 trident pro 40mm a week and a half ago. Since then, I haven't heard a thing from them. Emailed twice trying to find out if there is an ETA for when itll be shipped, sent directly to the customer service account, and no response. Is this what I should expect if I have an issue with the watch going forward?

If they give you the other movement instead of a ETA it's just as good

CW's current customer service and shipping times aren't great. They're struggling to keep up with demand and haven't expanded their staffing levels or upgraded their systems and procedures to suit.

CW grew too fast too quickly, so the quality of the customer service and their QC has suffered as a result

best bet is to be patient, they'll get around to you eventually
