Hi, welcome to the forum.

Unless you can post a photo of the movement it's a hit & miss dating this watch. I suspect the trademark Geneva could have been registered (at the time) to Etna Watch Co. SA reg. in Switzerland in 1930. The style of the hands suggest it could certainly be from around that period. Unless there is a hallmark it's likely to be (gold?) plated. If it works keep it because, unless of high sentimental value, it just wouldn't be worth spending the money fixing it or for that matter to have it serviced IMHO. The servicing costs would probably be many times higher than it's value (assuming it's not made of solid gold).
