AS 5008 movement strange alarm problem, it's not working only 09.00-10.30 pm interval.

First of all hello and greetings from Turkey. I've an AS 5008 movement but alarm not working in only 9.00-10.30 pm interval. Other times it's working even 09.00-10.30 am but it's not working only in 09.00-10.30 pm interval. Do you know why this happen ? Last week local watchmaker in my city did some quality revision. He disassembly my watch, cleaned it with Elma watch cleaning machine and oiled properly but strangely alarm is not working in these times zone. I've asked why this happen and he answered it's about gears, it's not a problem so i didn't understand real reason. Could you please help me ? Thank you.
