Hi, Good morning.

I am new to this site and have searched about AuthenticWatches. The last thread was pretty old that is why I decided to ask this question again.

I've done my research regarding the customer feedback online and there is one video posted in youtube about an Omega Speedmaster watch, but it was like 5-6 years ago.

Of course nothing beats an AD in buying a watch, but the price that you save when you go online is more.
For the record, all of my watches were bought from an AD.

Please let me know your experiences if you have bought from AuthenticWatches.

Thanks.

i purchased a B&M Classima from them. i had no issues. watch was brand new with all original box and papers. if you're outside the state of CA, no sales tax too. my mentality with GM is you essentially are purchasing with no warranty, unless you trust the GM dealer enough to service your watch, which i would not.

I ordered a Longines Hydroconquest, arrived quickly, no issues.
Without removing any tagd or tape i returned it to them as it was a very different color in person than on longines' site (so not authentic's fault).

They were very pleasant, no arguments and emailed me an RMA number and instructions right away.

Given their pricing and customer service I would definitely recommend them.

I ordered a replacement bracelet for an Omega watch. That was several years ago, but the transaction was a flawless one nonetheless.

I bought a limited edition Omega from them this summer, and their customer service rep was kind of rude but otherwise I had no problems. I'd use them again.

Note that there is another, completely different company called Auth... Watch Company, which has gotten bad reviews. [WUS won't even let me type the whole name.]

No issues and I have to pay sales tax.

They sometimes carry models that others don't and worth the look once in a while for me when I am being selective.

Hi Guys, thank you for your replies.

I am based in Dubai, so I am expecting that I will have to pay taxes here.

Bought a Breitling SO 42 Red from them. It was a great price and I couldn't pass it up but unfortunately it was DOA and wouldn't hand wind. I commend them for their professionalism and quick turnaround in a flawlessly executed return. I would use them again on this point alone.

Not to cause thread drift and apologies in advance to the OP...

I'm happy that everyone has had a positive experience with them, but they could have chosen a better name for their company. When you make it a point of assuring your customers that your wares are authentic, it actually creates some doubt about that very point.

It's like that old saying, "When your stockbroker says, 'Trust me' that's when alarm bells should be going off..."

Your post has caused me to wonder whether you really like Seikos or not.... b-)

My wife bought me a Longines Hydroconquest from them. Which I promptly returned. With no issues.

It was great she wanted to get me something I was guaranteed to like, but I preferred to buy from a Longines AD and sponsor here and get the Longines warranty. It didn't cost too much more and was worth it to me.

Well I take back all the good things I said. Sure they were very nice when I called to return the watch, but now they deducted $140 from a $975 dollar watch claiming the outer white box was damaged. I had told them as soon as I received it that it arrived with a torn outer box.

They claim they have pictures of the box before shipping, but since it was torn along the seam they don't see it in the pictures.

So, caveat emptor, they are cheapest for a reason.
