Hi guys - new series of "Aviation Converter" watches was announced back in March but so far haven't seen these on Hamilton's web site. Did the whole thing get derailed due to COVID?

I have noticed that when it comes to their new models, Hamilton will release a new model one at a time than saturate the market all at once with their new models. Right now, they are releasing their new Khaki Navy BeLOWZERO Limited Edition.

As for their new Aviation Converter models, just give it time. Hamilton probably has a marketing schedule as to their release date, which is probably to mark some special event.

Fratello Magazine has released its article on the Hamilton Khaki Aviation Converter collection. In their article, they mentioned that the Chronograph movement will be the H-21 Si, which means it will have a silicon balance spring. This means that there is a good possibility its H-10 and H-14 movements will incorporate the nivachron anti-magnetic balance spring.
