I just picked up this Poljot Aviator and while the strap is high quality, it does not fit right on my wrist. How do you think a SS bracelet would look on this model? What style would you recommend? Or perhaps a different leather strap would be better. I am a newbie so I need to rely on your experience.
FYI, the watch has a brushed finish**, blue-grey reflective dial, w/ a 42mm case (w/o crown) and is 12.5mm thick.
**Is a "brushed finish" the same as a SS satin or matte?:thanks

Hi Donato,

I would go with #1 or #3 for a couple reasons:

• These two match the simple case styling of this Aviator, and
• Some of the others include sections of shiny polished steel, which would not match the all-brushed finish of the case.

Thanks. I thought if you buy the satin or matte option the entire bracelet would be like that, without any bits of polished metal. Is a brushed finish different than a satin or matte finish?

Satin and brushed are very similar. Matte has more of a painted-on look.

Many watches, like my Speedie here, have cases with both brushed and polished surfaces. Bracelets for these can be brushed, polished, or a combination.
